Hello everyone happy new year!
We have had a few enquiries about the weather affecting the centre, so just confirming we are open today. We have had water in the centre with gymnastics and weights also being affected but the staff have worked hard over the last couple of days removing as much water as possible- carpets mainly affected. The pitches thankfully have not been touched so we are good to go.

Hi Everyone,
We've recently got an opening down at the centre for a duty manager position. Minimum 15 hours per week. Please take a look and get in touch, or if you know anyone who would be interested pass this on. It is evening work and Sundays and lone working with closing up (so preferably over 18 years of age). Experience with customers is preferable but not essential. Good place to work, great manager 😁 and good set of lads who play here- what are you waiting for? Good Friday - Closed
Easter Sunday - 9am until 12
Bank Holiday Monday - 6pm until 8pm

Calling all Junior Clubs⚽⚽⚽

We are now looking into the strong possibility at opening for junior clubs in accordance with FA guidelines and local Covid-19 rules on 12TH OCTOBER!

We can only do this with 100% commitment from junior clubs. Please confirm with us if you want to play as soon as possible. The more bookings we can get the better chance we stand of opening for you all.

Our juniors are with us from October to beginning of April.

We need commitment from clubs for a minimum of at least a month to make this work. If clubs can commit for 3 or more months we can offer a reduced block booking rate as a thank you for your support.

We are open to all junior clubs (new & old) and welcome any that are looking to train over the winter months (and beyond!).

If your club has a team/ teams (providing under the age of 18) and are looking for a facility for an hour or maybe more please get in touch. We are desperate to open as this is a community centre and needs to be played in.

In accordance with the FA and Covid-19 guidance, our facility could ONLY be used by under 18's junior clubs.

(Adults, we know you will be reading this and we want you guys back and playing as soon as possible)

Note: Please note after speaking to FA clubs and also county FA's they advise minimal persons on the pitch so sadly we cannot accommodate parents. Only players and coaches. Please speak to your clubs for confirmation.

Hello everyone.

Given the updated lockdown rules for Greater Manchester we, unfortunately, will be postponing our reopening until a later date. We are staying CLOSED next week (3rd August - 10th August) and will review our plan to reopen once the government review the situation and provide more information.

Good morning everyone, hope everyone is well and raring to get back to football!

Just a quick post as we have had a few customer enquiries.

1. All bookings that customers had prior to lockdown are still in place. No need to re-apply. Any outstanding monies that have been paid for the week ahead/rest of the quarter etc will be carried over.

2. When we open we will have a strict process in place that we need all customers to adhere to, this will be published on here and also on our website. As previously, no cash please - card or better BACS (this will need to be shown to the staff member on shift to confirm payment).

3. When we know more from the government about when leisure centres can open, we will then as a charity discuss when is best to open - you will of course be notified immediately.

Dear Customers,

Following on from yesterdays update on Covid-19 we would like to let customers know that we are accepting cancellations at short notice given the circumstances. **All grassroots sport is cancelled for the foreseeable** Please do (if possible) give us as much notice as possible though if you want to cancel your booking.

We have our bi monthly board meeting next Wednesday (presumably we will discuss the virus and the impact its likely to have on the centre) so we will inform you all accordingly of any changes we plan to make.
