Crikey...turns out Carp love it too!
Pete Wilkinson just used it and caught a 15lb carp inside 15 minutes on a 10ft leader line off a float... here's what he said...

"Hello, we have a private lake in front of our house but I don't normally catch any fish there...I thought I would just try it with my fly rod, and a floating line, 10 foot leader with site float, one of your Squirmy Wormy flies and your Strike Magic magic potion and I was straight in... impressed so far.....Best Regards Pete W

Most fish possess highly developed sense organs. Nearly all daylight fish have colour vision that is at least as good as a human's. Many fish also have chemoreceptors that are responsible for extraordinary senses of taste and smell.

But as fly fishermen, we only pay attention to how the fly looks!

Which is mad.

A fish can smell 1000 times better than a human...but the one smell it hates..humans!

And what does your fly smell of? You.

So if you are making it look great, it's only half the job...make it smell and taste great too.
