Wednesday 9am HYBRID
Friday 9:30am HYBRID
Friday 17:30pm HYBRID

Friday evening HYROX has also moved to 18:15pm due to suit Friday evenings better!

We are always trying to bring more and better for you guys so we hope you enjoy the new additions.
