WE ARE HIRING…
Water Sports Assistant and Assistant Hot Tub Technician.
Are you looking for a summer job opportunity with a varied role next to a beach? Working across our two sister companies North Sands Water Sports and Salcombe Hot Tubs & Pools you will be based between our shop and North Sands beach.
Location: North Sands Water Sports shop and North Sands Beach.
Hours: 9-5 Wednesday-Sunday
Your main responsibilities will be for North Sands Water Sports. Our shop is based at West End Garage, Salcombe however, we run lessons, tours and hire from North Sands. Hires are also delivered to accommodation or collected from the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the booking system
- Restock the shop
- Deliver hires to accommodation/North Sands and conduct handover
- Cleaning of hire equipment
- Clean/tidy shop
- Maintain and organise hire storage
Requirements:
- Friendly personality
- Knowledgeable within the water sports industry and Salcombe Estuary
- Must be 18+
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

On occasions you will be required to assist with our sister company, Salcombe Hot Tubs and Pools which also runs out of West End Garage. We provide holiday homes with hot tub hire and hot tub changeover cleans. When required, you will assist our hot tub technicians to get the hot tubs ready for incoming guests. This is a fun and fast paced role.
Responsibilities:
- commission and decommission/clean hot tub hires (you will not be required to add chemicals/balance the hot tubs)
- Assist hot tub technicians when required
- Restock, organise maintain the hot tub storage unit
