Look after yourself first.

It sounds selfish until you really think about it.
How is Nat supposed to show up for her family, her husband, the business, her clients… if she’s running on empty herself?

In this clip she talks about exactly that, why putting her own health first wasn’t selfish at all, it was the thing that let her look after everyone else properly.

And the change has been huge. From dealing with back pain to playing hockey again and getting through a full working week with no problems. Her fitness, strength, speed and overall health have all come on massively.

Working with elite athletes has been a real buzz lately.

Frankie is an elite distance swimmer (200 fly, 400 and 800 free) heading out to the States in August on a swim scholarship.

We’ve started building out her strength and conditioning, adding the power and durability that holds up across a long swim season.

Seriously talented, and properly driven with it, which makes the job a pleasure.

A big few months ahead too…
A Levels done, Nationals at the end of July, then off to college.

Brilliant to be part of it.

Nat had a fear before she started with us, that her back would keep benching her from the stuff she loves.

A month rarely went by without time off.

One year on? No pins and needles, no missed weeks, and she's keeping up with the kids and a full hockey season.

As she puts it, "that's a game changer."

Meet our awesome member, Eva 👏

She's been with us since August 2024, and look at her now.

Fitter than she's ever been.
Stronger than she's ever been.
Comfortable in her clothes.
Leaner, and feeling brilliant in her own body.

She set those goals right at the start and quietly went and ticked off every single one.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? Completing her first ever Hyrox as part of a team.
Eva had never done team sport in her life, and there she was, training hard, refusing to be held back by anything, crossing that line with the girls around her.

Even her own kids told her how proud they were (that one got her a little emotional, and us too).

That's exactly what this place is about. Show up, put the work in, lean on the community, and the rest takes care of itself.

Onto the next challenge, Eva.
We're only getting started 👊

Nat says we're basically marriage counsellors now. 😅

Her logic:
No injuries = Hockey
Hockey = Her weekly release
Weekly release = A very happy James.

So really, we're just doing our bit for the marriage.

Funny enough it was James who told her to give us a go in the first place, so he knew what he was doing.
