🎉 Exciting News! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that we now have a brand-new treatment room at the gym, alongside our recently added shower facilities.

The treatment room is available for freelance health and wellness professionals to rent, providing a fantastic space to offer their services.

Our first regular slot is with , who offers a range of treatments including:
• Massage therapy
• Cupping
• Scraping (IASTM)
• K-Taping

We’re excited to welcome Maria (starting early July) and look forward to introducing more professionals and services in the future!

Exciting news!!! ✨️

We now have a shower room!
Although we have managed 7 years without one, this will be a great addition for you early birds needing to head to work straight from 6am classes! Or anytime!!

AND....a sneak peak at our new Treatment Room.....more details to come shortly!!! 👀💫

Happy New Year everyone!! ✨️💫

2025 has been full of Fitness, Strength, Progress, FUN, weddings and many babies!

We cant ignor the fact we've had a baby boomer year! I think 6 at the last count. And most of the mums have trained right up until the end of pregnancy (with modifications) and still put the rest of us to shame! Now they are training postnatal, and quickly building back up and smashing it!! Really inspiring!! Im sure they will say training has helped with recovery!

Here's to a Healthy and Happy 2026!!
