As training builds, certain areas quietly take on more responsibility. Hips and glutes are often top of that list.

When they fatigue, the load rarely disappears. It just moves somewhere else, usually to the calves, hamstrings, or lower back. That’s when runners start chasing symptoms rather than causes.

Consistent soft tissue therapy helps keep those key areas coping with the work, so the load stays where it belongs

Marathon training doesn’t just stress muscles. It stacks fatigue.

The issue usually isn’t one hard run. It’s carrying yesterday’s fatigue into today’s session and never quite resetting. Over time, that’s when things start to feel heavier than they should.

Regular soft tissue therapy helps reduce that accumulated fatigue so each run starts from a better place, not a compromised one

Most runners wait for pain before they act. By then, the body has usually been compensating for a while.

Small changes in how you move, one side always feeling worse, stiffness that takes longer to warm up — these are the moments that matter. They’re easy to miss, but they’re also easy to manage when caught early.

This is where ongoing soft tissue therapy is valuable. It helps keep movement balanced before the body is forced to adapt around a problem.

Regular soft tissue therapy can help with your recovery to get you feeling ready for your training and your events,

That early tightness most runners feel isn’t a warning sign. It’s feedback.

Your tissues are being asked to work harder and more often, and stiffness is one of the first ways the body responds. Ignore it, and it often turns into irritation. Support it, and it usually settles.

Regular soft tissue therapy can help with your recovery to get you feeling ready for your training and your events,

Most marathon problems don’t start with pain. They start with load.

These early weeks are where your tissues learn what training is going to ask of them. If they adapt well now, everything that follows feels smoother. If they don’t, the cracks usually show later when mileage climbs.

This is where regular soft tissue therapy makes sense. Not to fix anything, but to help your body respond properly to what you’re asking of it.

If you are starting your training journey for any events being 5,10, half marathons , marathons or even Hyrox.

Regular soft tissue therapy can help with your recovery to get you feeling ready for your training and your events,

📱 Tired of "Tech Neck"? You're Not Alone.

Neck and shoulder pain from long hours at a desk or on your phone is more common than ever — and it’s not just bad posture.

💥 Research shows forward head posture can place up to 27kg of extra force on your spine. Over time? That leads to stiffness, tension, and even chronic pain.
But here’s the good news:

Manual therapy is proven to help.
✅ A 2023 meta-analysis found manual therapy significantly reduces neck pain and improves mobility
✅ It works even better when combined with simple home exercises
✅ It’s drug-free, personalised, and tackles the root of the issue
If you’re dealing with tension, reduced movement, or stubborn "Tech Neck", don’t just power through it.

'😴 STRUGGLING TO RECOVER? DON’T SLEEP ON THIS…

You’re training hard. You’re rehabbing right.
But still not bouncing back?
It might not be your plan — it might be your sleep.
And the missing piece in your recovery strategy could be Soft Tissue Therapy 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

🔥 HERE’S WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS:

📊 Nervous system reset
Just ONE massage can increase heart rate variability (HRV) — a powerful sign your body’s shifting into recovery mode.

🏥 Post-surgery patients slept better
Studies show that massage helped hospital patients sleep significantly better — even just days after surgery.

🛌 Even ICU patients improved
Yes, really! Massage helped patients in intensive care sleep deeper, longer, and more peacefully.

😮 Sleep-onset stress reduced
Relaxation massage helped people fall asleep faster and feel calmer — proven with brainwave tracking (EEG).

🦴 Less pain = better sleep
Soft tissue therapy has been shown to reduce pain levels — and when pain goes down, sleep goes UP.

💡 HERE’S WHAT THAT MEANS FOR YOU:

✅ Faster healing
✅ Deeper sleep
✅ Better recovery between sessions
✅ Less tension, less pain, more energy
✅ Improved nervous system balance
Whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, post-op patient, or just feeling run down — your sleep could be the key to better results.
And STT might just be the fastest way to support it.
