TeenFit Announcement

This Monday (17th July) will be the final TeenFit session before it finishes running. When I began the sessions over 5 years ago I’d have never have expected that the sessions would still be running today. From the original circuits class, to lockdown training, to the general fitness session it’s become - I’ve thoroughly enjoyed running these sessions and teaching everyone! However, it has now run it course and I feel it’s time to bring it to an end.

Thank you to everyone who has attended sessions and supported me with sessions over the years. 1-1 sessions will continue as normal.

Great work from Pod today 👏🏻

Pod has worked really hard the past few weeks learning and developing the fundamentals of a deadlift.

Today he gave it a go for the first time and it was not a bad first attempt! 💪🏼
