And this week every coffee is FREE... Yes, really (7am-9am)

OPEN to everyone, not just members. Pull up outside and grab a coffee on your way to work, returning from school run, or just because.

Way better than anything you’ll find in a garage or petrol station.

We believe in this coffee so much we want everyone to try it and are willing to give it to you for FREE to prove it.

We’re trialling the machine this week so the current availability will be daily

7am–9am, Monday to Friday

All set for a week of good training! Today we have a big fresh jug of lime and mint water FREE to all our members to keep hydrated in this blistering heat!

We have some great upgrades happening at the gym over the next few weeks starting with the addition of something very special this week- updates coming soon.
