With a lot of practices still closed and no definite reopening date given I have just completed a course based on education on Coronavirus and how to prevent and control between patients, but don’t forget guys if anyone needs help I can still do online rehabilitation programs, strength training programs and answer any questions you may have so don’t be afraid to message me on here or by email at [email protected]

After an amazing 2 days online course with hosted by and I’m happy to say I passed the exam! Learnt lots from this course and can’t wait to put it all into practice and start using this amazing equipment soon!

Even better 5k time today shaved near enough 1 and a half minutes off the last one💪🏻also as part of the challenge then donated £10 to the NHS charities💪🏻🏃‍♂️ @ Sports Massage by Jordan Cella

12 Hill sprints for today’s fitness, started off with a 1.5k run there and then did 6 shorter hill sprints, then 6 full hill sprints before running back home💪🏻

Good session ended by an Abs work out with the Med ball with 12 legs straight and 12 knees bent then working down to 10 of each and then finishing on 8 of each💪🏻💪🏻
