Hello Bootcampers 💪

Unfortunately this Sundays class wont be running as Calum and I are taking part in a charity event with PTWars.

We will be taking part in 5 fitness classes back to back to help raise money for the positivefutures charity in liverpool.

We will be holding a class on Tuesday 29th Aug at 6.30pm on Queens Park to anyone who wants to come along :) the class is £3.50

This sundays session will be held at 9am again!

Fantastic class at the weekend.. thanks again to all that came :) nothing like an early morning class to set you up for the day!

Tomorrow's circuits will be at 9am for adults instead of the usual time of 10.30.

This week's class is completely FREE, so it's a perfect opportunity to come and try it out if you haven't already.

Quietly confident it's the best thing going on at 9am in St Helens!

Location is: Deborah Lister ballet school on Hardshaw street WA10 1JW.

Worth mentioning that parking is also free on the surrounding roads on a Sunday.

All welcome to come!
