Looking for something to listen to tonight, join Cliffe from 90.1 Hope FM at 7pm where he will be speaking to no other than Alan Hill the Bournemouth RL Vice Chairman and author.
Alan will be live in the studio to talk about his love of rugby, especially rugby league, talk about his fascinating book A Boy called Arsenal and be choosing his six-of-the-best favourite tunes.
Alan is a former Brooker and now an author amongst other things.
Should be well worth a listen

Brook are saddened to hear the news of the passing of one of former number 9's Billy Martland. Billy a former miner joined the club in the Mid Eighties from Bold Miners. Coached by Keith Clarke he played in two of Brooks most famous games in the 1986/87 Season.
He played his part in defeating Pilks Recs in the Lancashire Cup Final at Knowsley Road and then went on to play against Cup Holders Castleford in the 1st round of the Challenge Cup at Headingly.
Castleford put out a star studded side including Aussie International Bob Lindner. Brook succumbed to a 74-6 defeat despite a gallant performance.
Billy was popular with his team mate and opponents and will be missed by all who knew him. Sincere condolences go out to all his family and friends. RIP Billy.
