SLEEP ISN'T LAZINESS. IT'S RECOVERY.

Many people focus on training harder, lifting heavier, or eating better to improve their results.

But often the missing piece isn't in the gym or the kitchen.

It's in the bedroom.

Sleep is when your body performs much of its repair and recovery. During deep sleep, hormones involved in muscle growth, recovery, immune function, and overall health are released and regulated.

Research has shown that even a single night of sleep deprivation can negatively affect factors associated with recovery and performance.

Poor sleep may contribute to:
