So proud of myself in the last 10 days, I hated joggin/running and didn't see the point but I started trying, This exact route took me 36mins and its a 2.3 mile to jog I was stopping every 2/3 mins felt like I was going to collapse couldn't catch my breath whatsoever now 10 days later I've shaved 11 minutes of the time and stopped 3 times the whole duration and absolutely loving jogging/running💪💓

So a year ago I started my fitness journey literally just jogging around the block it was so hard
I’ve gone from strength to strength
And from next week I’ll be a P.T in training
How life changes 💪❤️
If I can do it anyone can 👌

🌟Saturday Morning Workout🌟

Most of my Saturdays used to consist of mainly lazy and a takeaway or 2

Today I’ll be doing warm up, treadmill weight training and circuit and more💪never would I be even seen in the gym on a Saturday🤣

🌟 This is my weight loss journey 🌟

The left picture was when I was so unhappy and at a low point in my life, i was at my biggest wearing size 16-18! I was unhealthy, unfit and suffered mentally as a result of this.

So I decided enough was enough, It was time to change my lifestyle around! I changed my eating habits to healthy nutritious food and started to do home workouts to build up the courage to finally get myself to the gym!

The right picture is now me!
At a happy size 8-10 but most importantly healthier inside and out!

I spent so long putting myself down and lacking that self confidence and putting too much pressure on my self searching for the perfection until one day I realised -

It’s progression not perfection! ❤️
