Listen up.
Anybody can write an exercise programme. There is enough information online and enough YouTube videos out there for everybody to see. But there is more to it than just selecting a bunch of exercises and rep ranges.

The exercise programme should have the right exercises tailored to you along with CORRECT alternatives, not random alternatives! There should always be progressions throughout your programme, this includes movement efficiency not just increasing the weight!

Here’s one piece of advice I want to give you. Ask your coach questions about the programme and why your programme is the way it is. If the answer is not good enough then the chances are this programme is generic and is not right for you.

Cutting out carbs is not a long term solution to weight loss.

Your body needs carbohydrates. Simple. Here are some issues with cutting out carbs:

🔹Nutritional deficiency
🔹Headaches, nausea, fatigue, dizziness.
Should I continue?

Losing weight is about implementing lifestyle changes and sustainable solutions. Restricting any food groups is not sustainable.
