Well day 2 over and out and defo lessons learned and even some PB from the girls but it's back to the gym and back to the hard work ready for the club competition and then national qualifier 2 . Unfortunately due to some niggles and minor injuries the boys had@to sit this comp out but where there cheering the girls on and are ready to go back recover and then rebuild ready to also take on qualifier 2

Well what a day 1 it's been with every single gymnasts completing 3 runs and with some it being there first time out there in a big arena you all definitely held your own and smashed it well done everyone
And an even special moment the wonderful Harvey bagging a bronze medal woop woop only the 3rd English medal the club has won since opening and is definitely showing we are heading in the right direction
Proud is an understatement to say the least well done everyone

Lots of fun was had today from our rockers and rollers working on keeping tight while rotating in our baby somersaults and keeping our head in

For first attempts these guys smashed and can't wait to see what the future holds for them onwards and upwards with lots of work still to do but a great start to somersaulting
