Warm Up:
Conan's Wheel 2 Full Turn's (720 degrees) 3 People

Split Lunges (Hold 2 seconds at the bottom - full flexsion) 20 Reps (10 per Leg)

Sit Up's Medicine Ball (hold above head) 8kg 20 Reps

1. Stiff Bar Deadlifts (Alternative Axel Bar) AMRAP 1 minute

Male 60 - 90kg
Female 50 - 80kg

2. Medley
Duck Walk 10m 3 Lifts 10m back into Plate Carry (Sheild Carry) 10m there 10m back Sandback FTOH (6 reps - 3 each shoulder) Load onto Box 10m

Male DW 35 - 50kg / PC 20 - 30kg / SB 40 - 60kg
Female DW 25 - 40kg / PC 15 - 25kg / SB 20 - 40kg

3. Push & Pull (agonist and antagonist)
Dumbbell Press into Single Arm Rows AMRAP 1 minute

Male DP 10 - 15kg / SAR 15 - 25kg
Female DP 7.5 - 12.5kg / SAR 10 - 20kg
