For a long time I thought being as lean as possible was the goal.

Smaller number on the scale = better.

But the truth?

I was tired, constantly hungry, bad skin, weaker in the gym and always chasing “leaner.”

Fast forward to now… I’m over a stone heavier, eating more, training better, stronger physically and mentally — and honestly feel healthier than I ever did at my lightest.

The biggest things the remember:

Being healthy and feeling good is not always the same as being the leanest version of yourself.

More food.
More strength.
More energy.
Better performance.
Better quality of life.
