Ebony – our one in a million pony 💔🌈
Yesterday we say goodbye to the most incredible little soul who touched so many hearts. Ebony wasn’t just a pony, she was a teacher, a friend, and a source of confidence and joy for everyone lucky enough to know her.

She gave Daisy the courage to jump and truly enjoy every moment, and helped Elsie grow into a whole new level of love and confidence—especially over those bigger jumps she came to adore. Together, they achieved so much, even qualifying for Pony Club Mini Champs in October, a moment none of us will ever forget.

Ebony had the sweetest way about her—greeting every morning with her little whinny, chatting away as if she had so much to say, and making every second spent with her feel special.

Her final home with Daisy and Elsie was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. She was cherished beyond words, and she gave that love right back tenfold.

Run free over the rainbow bridge, beautiful girl. You will always be a one in a million pony, and you will never, ever be forgotten 🤍🐴🌈

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We are incredibly proud to share that Daisy and Elsie have both qualified to compete at the Stars Champion of Champions Final at Aintree! 🏆🐴

After successfully progressing through three qualifying rounds with Newquay Riding Club, these two talented sisters have earned their place among the finalists.

Never did we imagine that both girls would be competing at such a high level — especially in their first year of riding competitively. Their hard work, dedication, and love for the sport have truly paid off.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who has supported us along the way:
💖 Nanny and Grandad Burt, for always taking us, cheering us on, and being our biggest supporters — even on Nanny’s birthday!
🐴 Hayley, for being such a fantastic partner with Elsie and Muffin.
✨ Cassy, for bravely tackling Dolly’s mane at every opportunity.
👏 Newquay Riding Club, for all your encouragement and support — it has made a huge difference to everyone’s confidence.

✨ Proud Carnegga Moment ✨
Elsie and Dolly’s first ever Pony Club Mini Champs at Bicton Arena – and what a day of firsts it was! 💖

First up was showjumping – a double clear and 2nd place out of 93 competitors at just 7 years old! 🤩 Incredible doesn’t even cover it. Judges and spectators alike commented on how beautifully turned out they both were. Dolly really does look after Elsie, and Elsie absolutely adores her pony. 🐴❤️

Then came dressage – Elsie’s very first test (having only done a practice run on Tuesday!) and she absolutely smashed it, scoring 62 and 63 with some really lovely comments from the judge. The main feedback was to use her corners more, which is such a great learning point going forward. 🌟

Meanwhile, Daisy was chief groom and my little helper (when she wasn’t off playing with her friends and having the best time!). 💕

A huge thank you to Nanny – our taxi driver, pony-mobile captain and no.1 cheerleader. Couldn’t have done it without you. 🥰
