If it was easy, everyone would do it.

Your physique is simply a result of your minds thoughts.

You are the only one stopping you from getting in the shape you want.

Create discipline, follow it, and make sure you stay consistent with training and nutrition, and your body will show it.

It works both ways, neglect the above, and your body will show it. It's that simple.

It doesn't happen overnight.

Stay consistent and have the right mindset 📈

How many people do you think have given up already on their physique goals?

The buzz of it has now worn off. It's getting tiring to go to the gym after work. You're sick of not being able to eat how you did over Xmas.

If you're reading this and this sounds familiar, then take a moment and ask yourself:

"How badly do you want it?"

You CAN do it. You already did the hardest thing by starting.

Prove to yourself that if you set your mind to something, then you see it through.

2024 - No Bu****it - Just Us.

We are willing to bet that since Boxing Day you have seen every coach and their dog blast out marketing about getting ready for the New year and New you!

While there is nothing wrong with that in a senses, in our opinion it can seem a little over the top and well a little to “Salesy”

Without the Bu****it let’s think about things right here and now.

Do you want to level up in 2024?

Because we do, we have goals and aspirations that we have locked our sights onto and believe us we know it’s not going to be easy to get what we want.

Now we’re talking about becoming the version of yourself that version you have always wanted to be!

So.. If you are thinking that this year coming is the year you are going to make a change and aim for something special then we as coaches can and will get you there!

We will not BU****IT YOU!

It will be a challenge and hard at times but nothing good ever came from staying in your comfort zone!

Let's talk about Muscle Dysmorthia

If you look at the true definition of this, it can sound a bit mad.

I personally definitely qualify for traits of this, I am never happy with my physique, always comparing to others and wishing I was bigger or leaner depending on my goal.

HOWEVER, I call this striving to be better, never settling for average. Always want to be 1% better every time and live life as the best version of myself.

For anyone who goes to the gym with the goal of trying to change their physique, whether that is getting bigger or leaner will all have possibly felt this before.

The point of this post is to just do you and be happy with where you are. It's good to want to strive to be better, but don't get down about where your physique is currently at.

Stay consistent and put the work in, and you will 100% get to where you want to be.

What is the BEST SPLIT?

You would have probably seen a lot of people in the fitness space tell you that the BRO SPLIT is pointless.

If the bro split is something you enjoy, then do it.

Yes, we understand that the bro split is old school and was effective for the body builders back in the day when they would focus on a certain muscle to bring up.

Yes, we can see the argument of why PPL is more effective as you train each body part twice a week.

There are many splits you can do. It all comes down to your goals and what you enjoy doing in the gym.

As long as you're getting in enough volume a week and are hitting them workouts with max intensity and correct form, then do what you enjoy.

Don't over complicate.

⛔️THE BEST EXERCISES⛔️

Navigating the world of fitness advice can be confusing, with conflicting opinions on the "right" exercises.

Here's a reality check: embrace variety. Experiment with different workouts – There is not ONE SIZE FITS ALL.

Ultimately, it comes down your personal preference. If you prefer dumbells over cables, then do dumbells. If you prefer machines over free weights, then do them.

What is important is correctly executing the chosen exercise correctly to maximise muscle growth.

How do you know if you should BULK or CUT first?

This is a common question that we get asked, and it's a good question..

Some people may not have a clue where to start. Ultimately, the goal is to get yourself into the best position to go into a bulking or cutting phase, depending on your goal.

Here are a few indicators to help you decide which is best to do 👇

✅️ Body Fat Percentage: If your body fat percentage is high, you might want to cut first to reduce excess fat before bulking to avoid gaining more fat during the bulking phase.

✅️ Muscle Mass: If you're relatively lean but lack muscle mass, bulking can help you gain muscle and size.

✅️ Goals: Determine whether your primary goal is to gain muscle mass and strength (bulk) or to reduce body fat and improve muscle definition (cut).

✅️ Personal Preference: Your comfort and satisfaction with your body also matter. Some people prefer a leaner physique, while others are more interested in building muscle mass.
