SheCanBox Mama & Me sessions are a unique boxing-based workout with a hint of mindfulness designed to bring mums and daughters together through boxing, movement, connection and fun. 🥊 💫 ❤️

These sessions focus on building basic boxing skills, self-confidence, trust and resilience while improving health and fitness in a supportive, empowering environment. 💫

Mums lead by example — by simply turning up & showing strength, self-belief and self-love — while daughters gain confidence, learn positive habits and feel empowered alongside the most important role model in their lives.❤️

All abilities are welcome, no boxing experience is required, and all equipment is provided. Tickets include 1xAdult & 1xChild. Additional sibling tickets can be added for £5 per extra child.

The boxing session is 1 hour followed by some time to mingle and meet other like minded mums and girls.

All ages welcome, recommended age 4+.

SheCanBox was created because boxing shaped me in ways I never expected , not just physically, but mentally too. Confidence, resilience, belief… all built in the ring 🥊
