First Swimming is a Swimming Classes in St Albans, HRT. We've been established for over 15 years, providing the local community with first class swimming lessons. Suzanne Akers, our founder, is a former England swimmer, so you can only expect the best. If your child has additional or special needs, we have specialized staff to help them feel confident in the water. We use various exercises and rou

tines to make them settle in. All of our teachers are fully qualified ASA teachers with lifesaving qualifications, so you know you are in capable hands. We take swimming classes for all ages and abilities. Our swimming courses normally run on a 10 or 11 week course during the school term.
