Kicked off the week with some fantastic 1:1 and 2:1 clients!

Small props galore is a sign we’ve worked hard 😁

I love teaching exercise, but I encourage clients to see Pilates as more than just a workout in the moment. It’s about movement reeducation…taking what we learn and applying it to daily life to create lasting, positive changes!

My fav part of the job has to be meeting some super awesome, genuinely lovely people 🌟

Starting this September, there’ll be a new Women’s Health Pilates class at Redbourn Physiotherapy Clinic!

Perfect for any age and ability, this class focuses on:

✨ Restoration of the body from within.
✨ Learning to correctly engage tummy muscles.
✨ Managing a leaky bladder post-childbirth or during menopause.
✨ Pelvic organ prolapse support.
✨ Healing tummy muscle separation (diastasis recti)

The movements are designed to be gentle and supportive, respecting the unique changes in the female body after childbirth and before, and after menopause.

Join us every Tuesday evening from 6:15 to 7:15 PM and prioritise your well-being in a supportive community.
