New space, same energy

The Motor House is the new Studio at The Oak House. The Donkey Store has been outgrown and moved next door into a bigger studio. Friday was the first day of classes. I got to experience it both as a student and teacher, Colleenā€™s Vinyasa class was amazing as always, and I taught a taster class in the afternoon. It could have felt strange in a new space but it felt natural, like the space has been here for much longer than a day. Thereā€™s more room but that same grounded, welcoming atmosphere is still there.

Join me Mondays 5pm Vinyasa, 6.15pm Yang to Yin, Saturdays 9.15am Hatha.
