St Agnes Tai Chi club Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise for health and relaxation. Tai Chi classes in St Agnes. It is a gentle form of exercise, suited to all ages and abilities.

The St Agnes club meets every Saturday morning from 9:30-11am at the Miners and Mechanics Institute in Vicarage Road, St Agnes, Cornwall The ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan is founded on a philosophy of living in harmony with the natural way of things. By learning to relax, physically and mentally, and develop your internal energy, known as "chi", you will find your health improves, and it will be easier to deal with the stresses and strains of life. Each Tai Chi class starts with a warmup, and has breathing exercises, a Tai Chi dance, Tai Chi form, and interactive partner exercises. Beginners are always welcome! Good Evening, All!
The club has been running for 21 months now and is proving popular and well supported.
Would anyone that can't attend training on a Saturday morning have any interest in attending an evening class and, for those that do, which evening would you prefer?
Any feedback would be gratefully recieved. Thanks! James.
