My name is Abi Daniels and I recently passed my Level 3 personal training qualification. Growing up I have always been active mainly through horse riding however in the recent years found a love for the gym. I aim to make all of my sessions as enjoyable as possible whilst gaining the results each individual wants to achieve.

Give this full body workout a go!
We rotated between the ski erg, assault bike and rowing machine for our cardio!
Followed by thrusters...
Lunges...
Sit ups/ crunches!

Start with 20kcals/ reps of each exercise and then drop X2 kcals/ reps each set!

Find a friend and give this workout a go!

Warm up: 2mile run

Resistance band squat & ball throw: 20reps
Reverse lunges: 10reps (each leg)
Step squat jump overs: 20reps
Burpee box jumps: 10reps
Step press ups: 10reps
Step mountain climbers: 40reps
Ball throw sit ups: 20reps
X2 rounds!

Resistance band side kicks: 15reps (each side)
Single leg deadlift into lunge: 10reps (each side)
Hanging Abs: 20reps (10each side)
X3 rounds!

Some super exciting news!

I've finally decided to take the leap and start coaching online! This won't replace what I do in the gym but will hopefully allow me to help people further afield or those that can't make it to the gym!

What is your reason why?!

I find it helpful to have a reason why when training. This may be a goal to work towards. For example a fitness event or a hobby outside of the gym!

Since my skiing accident in March I'm going to be honest I have made every excuse under the sun as to why I 'can't' 🫣.

So now it's all about why I want to train. My reason for training... For me it's so I can improve my horse riding! Something I love and want to continue progressing in. 💪🏼
