This is a great track and and would be fun to try at home. Such a simple routine, but a great example of building it up with layers through the track.

Exciting news- The lovely Luisa Is taking over the classes at Fitness Focus. You can catch her on Tuesday at 9.45 and I might even try and come along. X

For everyone I havent managed to contact and tell directly, all my classes have now finished. The exciting news is that Maggie Hardwick will be running the morning class at Fitness Focus, but it is moving to 9.30 on Thursday, starting from next week, 2nd April.

There are lots of other evening classes available in the area and I can recommend Andrea Rigg in Newport Youth club at 7pm on Wednesdays, but you can search Zumba.com for other great alternatives.

Please try and carry on as you have all picked up loads of skills in the last year or so and I want you to keep going. x

We'll done everybody on more hard work this week. I am really pushing you a bit more with more content and new routines. Next Wednesday morning class is running as normal, but there is no evening class. Please spread the word and please practise or just listen to Uptown funk for your homework. X
