🔴⚫️ WHAT A START! | U15 EJA ⚽️

Our U15 EJA side got their league season off to a flying start this afternoon with an impressive 8-0 victory over Histon FC at Saffron Walden County High School.

The were 3-0 ahead at half-time before producing a superb second-half performance to round off a brilliant opening-day win. The goals were scored by:

The goal in the video came from Milosz - a fantastic team move, patiently worked together and finished in style. Definitely one of the picks of the eight! 👏

🏆🔴⚫ FA YOUTH CUP – THIS THURSDAY! ⚫🔴🏆

Our U18s are back in FA Youth Cup action this Thursday night as we welcome Cockfosters FC to Catons Lane for the Preliminary Round. 🔥⚽

After a brilliant 3–1 away win at Grays Athletic in the Extra-Preliminary Round, these now have the chance to continue their run in the biggest competition in English youth football. 🏆✨

⚽️🔥 WHAT A GOAL!

A brilliant team goal from our U8 Orange 🟠 team on Saturday at Saffron Walden County High School during a hugely entertaining 10-goal friendly thriller against Newmarket Town Football Club!

What we love most about this one is the way it was created - patiently building from the back, keeping the ball moving, working together and then finishing in style. 👏⚽️

A fantastic example of the players putting into practice what they’re learning in training. At this age it’s all about development, confidence and encouraging the boys to play football the right way - and this was a lovely moment to capture! ❤️🖤

Well played, U8 Orange, and our guests, The Jockeys! Both teams were superb.👏🙌🔴⚫️⚽️

🎬 A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF LOUIE! 🔴⚫️

Earlier this summer, Louie Foxwell from Brooklyn spent a week at Saffron Walden Town FC getting a proper behind-the-scenes taste of life with the - and it certainly wasn’t your average week of work experience!

From pitch and stadium preparation, to getting stuck into all the jobs that help make football happen, Louie was a brilliant help throughout and threw himself into everything that came his way.

There was even the small matter of helping the Fire Service deal with a grass fire… 🔥🚒

And after all that hard work, the week finished with a very unexpected opportunity on the pitch. 👀⚽️

We won’t spoil it - watch right to the end to see how Louie’s week took a surprise turn! 😲

A huge thank you to Louie for all his hard work, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved. We loved having you with us - come back soon! 🔴⚫️⚽️

Last night our stepped onto the stage of the England Football FA YOUTH CUP - the pinnacle of youth club football in England - and a competition that has featured generations of future professional stars. And they delivered!🏆⚽✨
