1-2-1 or 1-2-2 (small group) personal training, all abilities from new/returning to exercise or regular participant to weights or cardio training. My home gym consists of a Wattbike, Keiser Spinning bike, Concept 2 rower, weights include 6’ and 7’ 1” bars with weights from 1kg to 20kgs, slam balls/bags, ketttle bells, dumbbells, Multi-gym and pulleys with a garden space for a circuits group class twice a week.
