UPDATE!! After trying to resolve an ongoing issue with my foot for the last 18 months, I have had to have a surgery to correct the problem. The procedure went to plan and the surgeon was happy with the outcome and optimistic I should make a full recovery! I will be out of the game and off my feet for some time and during my recovery period, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to shut the studio. I will keep everyone up to date with progress and we will be back open as soon as possible!

Thank you to all my clients for the ongoing support, understanding and patience and we look forward to seeing you all when I’m back on my feet!

Looking after your feet is one of the most important things you can do on the bike.

Most shoes and insoles will get the job done, but they're built for the 'average' person... and who's exactly average?

Is this the most important part of a good bike fit? Here are three things you should check right away to make sure you're not losing out:

1. Make sure your shoes are the right width

2. Check your insoles aren't worn out (especially where your toes are)

3. Ensure you're getting enough arch and foot support

So many people ignore their feet.

As one of the three main points of contact on the bike, your feet can play a huge role in keeping you comfortable and powerful.
