It doesn't need to be complicated.
Mostly whole foods where possible, convenient where/ if needed.
Fruit with meat isn't for everyone, I get that. It's a game changer if you try it though.
This is just an example of some meals I've eaten recently.
Not every meal is like this. But I try keep it as simple as possible and quick to make.
I make 1-2 roast chickens a week, cook my veg and meats in the juices
