Another brilliant week with the Mini Maulers…

Tuesday’s session was a tough one, packed with boxing drills, exercises and plenty of hard work. Everyone gave it their all, but one Mauler stood out from the crowd…

Her effort, attitude and determination throughout the session were outstanding. She really stole the show! 👏

Thursday saw the group split into teams of five for teamwork challenges. The competition was fierce, the effort was huge, and every team battled right to the end.

The Mini Maulers sessions were a little quieter this week due to half-term… but that didn’t stop the fun!…

With the sunshine making an appearance, both sessions headed outdoors for some fresh air, fitness and games ☀️

Tuesday’s Maulers were put through their paces by Coaches Jade and Dave with plenty of exercise, challenges and laughs. They started the session as Mini Maulers… and somehow finished as sausage rolls!
🌭🤷‍♂️

Thursday’s crew were also out in the sunshine with Coaches Matt and Dave, taking on exercise challenges, sprint races and team games. Lots of energy, lots of smiles and plenty of competitive spirit!

Choosing a winner this week was impossible…

Will had his second Skills Bout last night on the Nxt Gen ABC show — that’s two bouts in less than two weeks for this young man!

What impressed most was how much Will has already improved.
He’s always listening, learning, and putting in the hard work at the gym — and it’s showing every time he steps through the ropes.

The future is looking very bright for this lad!

Well done Will — flying the YFG flag with pride!

Mini Maulers… another brilliant week!

Tuesday night was one of those sessions where there simply couldn’t be a single winner — because EVERYONE was a winner!

Fantastic effort all round with bag work, the Mini Mauler circuit, and plenty of fun along the way. Great energy and smiles from start to finish.
Well done everyone 👏👏👏🥊

Thursday’s session had the Maulers moving through three tough sections:
👊 Punch bags
💪 Exercise circuit
🥊“Beat the Coach”

Everyone worked brilliantly, but two Champs of the Night stood out with their effort and attitude…

Another great night for the YFG team as Henry stepped into the ring for his second bout last night

Henry put on a top display and came away with a unanimous win against a tough opponent in a hard-fought match

He’s one of the most dedicated in the gym, always putting the work in, and his fitness and focus really showed
