One big family 💛🖤 Yorkshire Dance Fusions!

Do you or your child fancy a new hobby or something to improve your fitness?? We are a dance troupe where new and old dancers are welcome. we are an award winning troupe with years of experience and endless awards. Our youngest are three years old and currently we have dancers of every age up to late twenties. We cover sections in dance twirl, military freestyle and pom/cheer. We have sections bas

ed on age as of the 1st January. Babies for ages up to 6 years old
Tots for ages up to 9 years old
Tinies for ages up to 12 years old
Juniors for ages up to 15 years old
Seniors that are open age. Majority of our dancers are from the Wakefield and Barnsley area but welcome anyone from any location. We will be competing at Great Britain Baton Twirling Association against some of the best troupes in the UK. It's fun, active so good for fitness, it will bring out confidence you didn't know you had, make friends for life, and you will gain a second family. We are recruiting girls and boys for every age group, experienced or not (as we will learn you) and we can promise you will be award winners with us in no time. Our troupe leader Andrea and trainer Hannah had a little trip to Blackpool this weekend to collect our GBBTA Annual Awards for the 2025 season.

For those that don't know, these are awards based on points won over the whole season, that are added up to see who is overall winners of the year.

Wow, what a result! Congratulations guys 👏👏👏

A special mention to our triumphant tots for getting the triple 🏆🏆🏆

You can definitely tell we are being missed at GBBTA with all of the lovely comments from the other troupes. We have had a little FOMO this weekend we must admit, after being a part of GBBTA for many years. However, we are excited for the change. Best of luck to all GBBTA troupes for the rest of the season.

The countdown to our first competition of the year is on!

This season we have chosen to compete at a different association, the YCA! We are so excited to see some new troupes and reunite with some old friends.

First up POM. Our dancers and trainers have been working incredibly hard to get routines comp ready. Along with that, we have new uniforms, new shoes, new poms, and even some new dancers competing for the very first time.

We would like to wish all troupes the best of luck in this final run up to the competition on Sunday, we can not wait to watch you all. We will be cheering all of you on from the sidelines.

To our dancers, this is the final push! Check those uniforms, pack those suit bags, and practise those routines! Andrea and Hannah have gave you all they can, the rest is down to you! Let's do this Fusions 💪 💃✨️
