A workout class for the people who are committed to improving their health and fitness and wellbeing. The Low-Down:-
Class meets from 6:30 – 7:30am, 7:30 – 8:30am due to a demand afternoon classes will be taken place soon…Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays inclusive, available for 6 and 3 week session’s (3 weeks is 9 sessions) (Start dates are available on request. Afternoon classes have been reques

Cost is £30.00 for 3 – week course & £60.00 for the 6 - week course. This may seem slightly expensive, but the benefits will be clear!! Registration and payment can be made to Gary Kempster between the hours of 6.00am to 6.00pm Payable by cheque or cash or PayPal 24 hours. What you’ll Experience:-
- improved cardiovascular health
- improved muscle strength, tone, and definition
- improved flexibility to prevent injury and ensure continual gains. In general, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive group of people, including someone who is in similar shape (No matter what shape you are in now). Each day and week get progressively more difficult, to help you reach your fitness goal. It's difficult to describe a "typical" day because every day is different with two main focuses, but here's a simple breakdown:-
For the cardiovascular portion of the classes we may do:
- an obstacle course if available
- rope jumping
- stair or hill climbing
- military fitness drills
- track speed training
- Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
- stamina building endurance courses
- and/or a variety of other exercises that emphasize improving your overall cardiovascular health, the body's natural fat-burning mechanism
During the strength/toning/defining portions of the workouts we may:
- perform a series of free weight exercises
- use exercise bands/tubes
- do a series of isometric and isotonic strengthening/conditioning
- perform calisthenics: push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, squats
- do Plyometrics
- do core exercises
