Here’s me, Richie and Alex from Isle of Wight Mushrooms.

I’ve been using Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga and I’ve been really surprised by the difference — especially with Lion’s Mane.

💪 436 PULL-UPS… AND COUNTING! 🔥

We want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing member Brooke-Eden Fenton, who is taking on the Cancer Research UK 310 Pull-Ups Challenge this August! 👏

The challenge? Complete 310 pull-ups throughout August to raise money for life-saving cancer research.

Brooke has absolutely smashed that target already… he’s now on an incredible 436 pull-ups! 😱💪

Brooke, 41, is an author from Ryde on the Isle of Wight and has set himself a fundraising target of £300. He’s already raised £70, but we’d love to help him push that total even higher!

Perfect for warming up, recovery and working on those tight muscles before or after training.
