We'd like to extend an open invitation- anyone, any affiliation - you are welcome down here for training. MMA, striking, grappling, pads, drilling, wall work, sparring. We are free at random times - weekends are usually good. Either message the page or if you want to contact Alex directly I can pass on his number.
We are both available for 121s aswell.

If anyone is interested in Sunrise yoga/mobility sessions- Im happy to do 121s for £15 or £10 if there's 2 of you. Happy to start from 5.30am. Thats when the sun wakes me up anyway 🤣

Mainland friends we have land to camp on! Stay as long as you want, but a warning...we are off grid 😁 if you want to leave the car behind we are more easily accessible by public transport via the Portsmouth- Ryde route.

Bit of a late post but we had the pleasure of being cageside at again last Saturday! We love being part of the show, it's great to have MMA events happening on the Isle of Wight!! The card did not disappoint, we were treated to some cracking bouts, from wars that ended with close decisions, submission finishes and Knockouts...and it wouldn't be a fight show with out a bit of blood (which I got splattered with- a first for me 😂)
