It’s been a difficult year for me personally, and I just wanted to be open and honest with everyone who follows and supports the team ❤️
Losing my dad has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, and alongside that, preparing to become a dad myself has brought a lot of change and responsibility. Because of everything going on, I haven’t been able to give this page and the club the time and attention it deserves.
I know a lot of people rely on this page for updates, match info, and to stay connected with the team, and for that I genuinely apologise. The support you all show doesn’t go unnoticed, and it means a lot more than you probably realise.
The good news is this isn’t the end far from it. We’ll be back stronger next season with consistent weekly updates, match results, player shoutouts, and everything you expect from us.
We have our final game as a club our A Team who have continued to show us what football is all about , create a place they can enjoy football and really see what men’s football is all about there’s been highs and lows struggles with our Pell lane pitch being vandalised early on we then had to move to St Helens which we now have no say if a game goes ahead on the pitch ( council run ) so during the past winter has been difficult for the boys but with all that going on been some really good improvements 60% of the squads first season in men’s football properly playing and it’s been a delight for the young lads to be involved and committed been a delight. so after all that , last home game of the season this Saturday down the den 2pm kick off against ryde saints , we would love nothing more then these boys to have the crowd they deserve 👏🏻
Thank you for sticking by us through a tough period. It’s appreciated more than words can say🤍
Up the F*****G OAKERS 🤍💙
