Got to give a well deserved shout out to my client Mandy this week. She has been so committed and consistent with her training for the last 6 months with me now, as well following a meal plan for the last few months and man does it show 🔥
We started with a goal in mind of being able to climb every flight of stairs where she works without needing to stop and feeling really out of breath, so we went from there and have been working on improving her cardiovascular fitness.
Like a lot of other people do, she panicked when her heart rate got high and she’s now got to a point where she no longer panics, which is such a breakthrough and it’s only going to help her even more when it comes to her training now.
She made some notes this week on her stair climb at work and wow it is just no bother for her at all anymore. She gets to the top with haste, she’s not out of breath, her heart rate isn’t high, plus she carries 9kg up them. These stairs are horrible by the way, people half her age are taking the lift up.
I am so impressed with you and what you have achieved so far in your fitness journey Mandy, keep at it. You are doing so incredibly well and everyone can see it 🌟
