Trained my 2 clients today Nico Cavaliero and Meg. Got them smashing out Legs ! They did absolutely amazing, and got them sweating ! Want to say well done to these 2 though, for Nico loosing 2 stone in 6 weeks and Meg for loosing 1 stone in 6 weeks. By the looks of things you both will be where you want to be really soon. Looking great guys, well done.

Well done Jade for loosing half a stone, you will be where you want to be in no time. We will have a new routine knocked up soon, which will be more intense :) Proud of you both for sticking to your hard work :) See you soon !
