We’ve had such a blessed and emotional grading week, from the little ninjas overcoming their fears, rising up to the challenge and showing how amazing they truly are. Ma’am is very proud of you all 🙏.

Then to the seniors showing true grit in the face of adversity, even when things got truly challenging as they always do during gradings, the attitude, effort and the comaradarie was on display throughout.

If you want to go fast, go yourself! If you want to go Far, go together.

What a week! The gradings have been getting absolutely smashed by everyone. The kids under Ma’am’s watchful eye have been pushing hard, showing their skills, developing that unbreakable mindset and with kids from all clubs being represented it has made us truly proud of how how well everyone is progressing!

The seniors started their grading process last night with Sir testing everyone and pushing them to their absolute limits.

Tests are testing and if people pass a grading with us they can accomplish anything, whether that be in martial arts or life in general!

Can’t wait to see everyone get back in to all classes across our schools this week.

Kids are gradings tomorrow and Friday and seniors have their final chance to grade this Friday. Get involved folks. You won’t regret it

I got the chance to up over to PKA PAISLEY today while Jamie Gaffney ran the GFTeam Scotland session in Glasgow and jenko ran the and the energy effort and just awesome vibes where next level so so proud of the culture of support and hard work the coach jenko has built there it’s everything that is all about well done team next level unbelievably proud 🔥❤️
