10 week shred for PT client 🔥

Our main goal is a show in 4 weeks but because he's losing fat so effectively and efficiently without burning through any muscle tissue (naturally too) we will do a warm up show next weekend! in Dundee

He is more than ready. Now just need to tighten up a bit more, fill out with carbs, get a tan and practice that smile when posing 🤣

50 year old PT client looking insane in between her competitions💪

Last show despite coming in her best and fullest we came in forth place, however the standard of the athletic figure girls was insane and probably one of the most consistent out of the whole show so despite the placing we are happy with the result.

Time to try and come in even fuller but stay as tight as possible💪

1 year apart for PT client 😍🔥

If you need motivation/inspiration then this is it!!!

Dani has absolutely transformed her life over the past year..📈

Dani came to me last year suffering from low confidence, low self esteem and depression..

Her nutrition was pretty much mainly take aways and her exercise was pretty much going just for weekly shopping or

Lets just say the lockdown wasn't too kind on Dani..

Fast forward 1 year.

Dani lost about 20kg, built plenty of muscle tissue, strength, eats like a fitness fanatic, does daily cardio, is fit and most importantly is FEELING GREAT about herself 🔥

We are pretty much out of the depression now to top it all😍

We also got completely out of her comfort zone to do two photoshoots already! Tough mudder is the next goal in 10 weeks!

An incredible transformation from online client 💪🍑

Dee is a an absolute grafter. Works her arse off every time in the gym, sticks to the plans I give her and obviously it is clesrly paying off!🍑
⠀⠀
She is also qualified personal trainer too & wants to get in an incredible shape and jump on the stage towards the end of the year. However we needed more size & we are definitely on track to get there!!

Dee's glutes are now about twice the size🤣 trousers are tighter but not at the waist 💪 she's strongest she's been in ages, eats lots more and is on track to doing her first comp at the end of 2022🏆 watch this space guys!
