⭐️ Transformation Friday ⭐️

Big shout out to Elaine (or to us our Lainey) who has done amazing here at Succeed 🔥💪🔥

She is a brilliant member of the Succeed team bringing a great spirit to the classes and some killer dance moves 🕺🕺

But most importantly she has been dropping weight and getting fitter and stronger every time she steps foot in the gym 🔝🔝

She is so close to her target weight that we set with her back when she began with us and have no doubt she’ll hit it in the very near future 📉📉📉

Big congratulations to Courtney who has been smashing the transformation challenge with us here at Succeed dropping 16lbs in just under 12 weeks!💪💪

She’s looking amazing, and her strength and fitness continues to improve week on week 📈📈

She’s always pushing herself to the fullest each class and her form and technique is outstanding too 🤩🤩

A big milestone hit again by the main man Tony T 👏👏👏

His consistency and work ethic in the gym has been outstanding since he began here at Succeed 🏋️‍♀️🔥🏋️‍♀️

He’s 10kg down but most importantly he’s looking great and his overall fitness continues to go from strength to strength 💪👏💪
