I’m Josephine, founder of Echo Yoga & Sound, based near Rustington in West Sussex.

Echo is a place to step away from the noise of everyday life — an oasis where you can settle, find your breath, soften into stillness and reconnect with what feels true for you.

Through sound, yoga, meditation and retreat experiences, I create welcoming spaces for deep rest, reflection and reconnection.

Full moon blessing you wonderful lot. I’m not sure how many of my community actually get to see my posts anymore. But@if you’ve landed here, maybe pause, allow yourself to breathe into your belly and feel the presence of your heart.
