These are the core values of rugby and Parents, we need your commitment to enforcing these values in your Wolverine, every time they pull on the jersey.
Respect for all of your team mates, the opposition, and ALL coaching staff and match officials, every time you play.

Remember, this is a game, a sport, we play. It is not war.

Parents must lead by example in all walks of life, and in particular within the Wolverines environment, teaching the values of TREDS and abiding by them too. Positive encouragement only, controlled responses, using child-appropriate language, smiling faces, and all our positive energy.

If we can’t commit to that as parents, each and every time, then stay at home and keep the negativity away from all of those who can.

We have a truly wonderful group of young men and a positive, enthusiastic group of parents who encourage them. These lads have come such a long way, and have yet such a long way to go in their journeys. Let’s give them every possibility to excel as a team, taking all the wonderful aspects that Team Sport can bring to their young lives.
Let’s leave negativity at the door. Let’s teach our children to engage and enjoy, let’s behave like responsible parents and watch them flourish. Let’s be proud of our boys no matter how they perform. Just putting on their boots and their Wolverines jersey makes them winners.

After all, it’s a game….

Congratulations to Michael O'Hara

Recently, the Worthing Wolverines, as part of a Fundraising drive for the upcoming seasons, were tasked to fill a smartie tube with as much money as they could within 7 day period in between training sessions. All money has been greatly received and totalled a fantastic £500.00 and will allow us to fund future tournament attendances, training equipment and fun events for the Wolverines.

The Winner,with some close contenders who raised over £100.00 via generous friends and family, was Michael O'Hara. Michael wins a Worthing Wolverines Kit and a £40 gift card to use in the club shop.
