Let's talk about setting up your week on a Sunday night.
It may not be the most exciting task, but trust me, it will help you start your week off on the right foot.
Firstly, take a look at your calendar and jot down any important events or deadlines for the week ahead.
Then, make a to-do list for each day and prioritize your tasks based on urgency and importance.
I find it helpful to meal prep on Sundays so that I have healthy options readily available during the busy workweek.
Lastly, try to plan out some self-care activities throughout the week such as exercise or downtime with friends or family.
Setting up your week may seem like a small task, but it can reduce stress and increase productivity in the long run!
