Ever wondered what you could achieve in less than 16 weeks if you went all in?

Billy doesn’t have to wonder. Billy knows.

From the outset, Billy has thrown himself into his journey. Asking questions, providing feedback and trusting the coaching process.

He has been as consistent as they come, which is why he can achieve the results he has.

No magic, no fads, just hard work.

Sometimes with all the shiny stuff on social media, we forget that if you have structure, accountability and a good work ethic you can change your body and your life.

Meet Helena.

Her goal was simple, to get to a point where she felt comfortable in her dress for her brothers wedding.

Safe to say we achieved that.

Over 20kg down without sacrificing her holidays or social events.

What we didn’t do:-

❌ hours of cardio.

❌ avoid social events

❌ super low calories.

What we did do:-

✅ increase education around nutrition

✅ learn to navigate social events

✅ create a workout schedule that she could sustain

There’s no magic formula or hack here, just consistent work and a willingness to learn.

Are you struggling to build muscle?

I’ve been where you are.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes when it comes training and nutrition.

But that makes me a better coach.

I’ve been in the trenches, I’ve walked the walk.

I know how it feels to go through the process, to not want to train, but still getting it done.

When it comes to building muscle, which will help to give you an overall stronger looking physique, there’s a few things to consider.

• Muscle tension
• Rep Range
• Training intensity
• calorie and protein intake
• Rest/Recovery.

Meet Stevie.

Possible one of the most driven and committed clients I have ever worked with.

This was her results after her first phase with me, when we started training together.

She had a PT before me, but she lacked structure and a vision of where she wanted to be.

We made plan and as you can see she executed it flawlessly.

As she developed her skills and knowledge her plans and goals changed and we continue to work together to make her evolving vision a reality 👊🏼

Meet Jade.

She came to me with the goal of building muscle and building a physique she’d wanted, but was unsure how to get. I can safely say, she’s well on her way.

So, we began by building some habits.

We worked on consistency and developing a routine that works for her lifestyle and schedule.

Overtime we have increased her food, getting her to calories that she’s never had before and in all honesty, she was a little nervous about going to.

But, her work rate and goals required that we push her there.

She trains 3 times a week and I would safely say she will out work anyone in the gym.

I couldn’t be happier with the progress she’s made so far (there’s a 5kg difference between the photos).

BUT the scary thing is, we’re only just getting started.

Watch this space, this one’s going to be epic.

A rare sight on the gym.

I never really wear a vest to gym.

It stems back from when I was younger and a lot lot skinnier.

Wearing a vest seemed to enhance the insecurity and showed off all the areas I didn’t want people to see.

For me, this is where the gym came in.

Initially, I just wanted to fill a t-shirt a little better and feel less insecure about my body.

After a while, I noticed that my confidence was growing and I was enjoying the process of training.

I’ve never had an aspiration of being stage or bodybuilding and that’s ok.

From early on, it’s only been about one thing.

Being the best version of myself.

The thing is, that when you apply that to something as simple as the gym, it spills into other areas of your life.

It’s one of the reasons I became a PT, to help people become more confident, to realise what they are capable of when they apply themselves.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes through my fitness journey.

I used to think that I could just go to the gym and not address my nutrition.

I used to think I had to ‘shock’ my body and change my workout every week.

I used to think that getting the body I wanted would be quick and easy.

I used to have to explain why is was going to the gym so much to people that weren’t interested in changing their body.

Needless to say that I have learnt since I started my journey.

I spent a lot of time making these mistakes and part of why I became a coach is so that you wouldn’t have to make the same mistakes.
