Hello February 👋🏻 ❣️

With a new month comes a new theme for our classes. This month we will be exploring all things “Forward Fold”

There are so many different variations of a forward fold but we shall start to explore a few different postures throughout the month and find an understanding of the benefits.

Some forward fold benefits can include: calming the mind and helping to reduce stress whilst helping to build core stability and good posture 💫

Classes will be running at Unit Fitness Training Facility] on:
