s told she would never walk again.
That her vision, her speech, her balance, her independence — would never return.
Add in severe ADHD, mental health battles, and anxiety that makes even leaving the house feel impossible. Most people would have written her off.
But Holly walks. That alone is a miracle.
And yesterday, she did slam balls. Wall balls. Viper presses. Movements that throw balance off, demand stability, and look impossible when walking itself is a fight. She didn’t just try. She smashed them.
Then we went deeper. Bilateral leg curls — both legs moving together, but with her consciously switching focus left to right. Not just moving weight from A to B, but wiring her brain back to fire each side independently. Neurology. Mechanics. Rebuilding.
This isn’t just training. It’s rewiring identity.
It’s hope. It’s a new story.
And last night, Holly agreed to something she never thought she could do. She’s stepping on stage.
Out of her comfort zone, out of the shadows of fear. Into something far greater than she realises yet.
I believe in her. And I know she’s about to show herself — and everyone else — just how much more she’s capable of.
