FUN WAY TO KEEP YOUR KIDS ACTIVE DURING LOCKDOWN!

The kids loved this game at our last camp, try it at home!

A great game to play with your kids during lockdown. Keeping them entertained and moving whilst learning their time’s tables / additions.

Unfortunately there will no longer be a FitKidz camp running this Easter half term, with the current situation the way that it is.
We hope all our children are fit & well!
Try and reassure them the best that you can because we know they are talking about it lots in school because our own 2 children are coming home asking so many questions. Let them know they are safe & everything will be ok.
We look forward to seeing you all (hopefully) in the next school holidays.

PARENTS What a wonderful week we have had with all your amazing children!!
You should be so proud of every single one of them. Their manners, their fitness abilities, their listening skills, their effort, teamwork, individuality, their motivation, social skills and most of all their kindness towards each other has blown us away.
Thank you for trusting in us and allowing us to keep your kids active this half term!
We hope the kids had as much fun as us 😁

Day 5 @ FitKidz 🥳🍓🤸🏽‍♂️🍏🏃🏻‍♂️🍊⚽️
Our final day of half term!!! ☹️😢👎
Another fantastic day despite being indoors we learnt about the muscles in the body, exercised & the children got creative with their fruit smoothies! We finished off a hard working week with a film in the afternoon & all of our FitKidz received their certificates 👏
Well done Isobel who received our medal of the day🏅. Have a great weekend everyone 😁

Day 4 @ FitKidz 🥳🍎🎲🍉🤸🏽‍♂️🍊💪
We may have been indoors all day but what a fantastic day we’ve had!
Our FitKidz learnt a lot about nutrition today and the different food plates: dairy, vegetables, proteins, fruits & grains. Their knowledge really impressed us!
Followed by an afternoon of fruit kebab making 😋
Well done Sam for winning our medal of the day 🏅
Last day tomorrow, we are genuinely gutted 👎

Great first day @ our FitKidz half term camp!
Amazing effort from all our kids, some new faces too which is always refreshing. We even introduced yoga to our morning session today which is fantastic for their breathing & stretching!
