A big one for kate was reducing alcohol intake and overall a better relationship with herself, food and drink πŸ’™

Weight gain - I find it crazy that im excited to keep gaining, you cant just expect to eat less and get that lean muscly look, muscle needs to be built and to do that you need fuel!

Currently on a slow clean bulk and actually look tighter than I did before.

Weight gain isnt too much, around 1kg up now but I can see changes in my body composition. People have started to comment on my bulk and old Alisha would have instantly restricted. Now I take the compliment and go and eat more food πŸ™‚

Feeling my strongest mentally and physically right now, body fat is temporary and its time to keep building!!

I already feel like since sept shoot ive made so much progress. Shoot prep it was clear my upper body was slacking.

Do you have a goal in place? Do you know what you need to do to reach it? Are you focused?

Ive made this my focus and made significant improvements since but my legs are still overpowering atm.

Current split is x2 lower based and x3 upper based (all with fancy names based on the muscles😝)

Pushing the hardest I have in particular with my nutrition. Believe in yourself, you’re your biggest enemy πŸ’ͺ🏼✌🏼
